Our over-the-counter (OTC) trading allows large orders to be executed off the traditional Newton platform. Institutional and high-net-worth clients will have access to our trade desk to execute personalized orders directly with our liquidity providers.
It is important to guarantee the best prices for orders over $30,000 (CAD or crypto equivalent). By placing orders through our OTC desk, you work directly with our team to receive competitive prices and fast settlement.
The minimum trade size is $30,000 (CAD) or equivalent in supported cryptocurrencies.
If you are already a client of Newton Crypto, you will still need to go through the Newton OTC onboarding process.
Our goal is to fund, execute and settle your trades as fast as possible. We typically settle within 2 business days of your trade.
Our trading desk can be reached for information via email, but order execution will take place Monday – Friday, 10am – 5pm ET.
No. Newton OTC will wait for the arrival of funds to begin the trading process. This ensures there is nothing to delay your trade and receiving your cryptocurrencies or fiat.
No. Newton OTC is a non-custodial service. We provide trade execution and send any funds, crypto or fiat, directly back to your private wallet or bank account.
