Big things are coming!
It's been an exciting year for the Newton community, and we’re working on some big behind-the-scenes upgrades that we can’t wait to share with you all.
As a quick recap, here’s a short list of some of the big and small things we’ve added in November alone:
- Search bars to sort through our rapidly growing coin list
- Coin prices in the user activity history
- Live support chat, which will include more issue types in the coming weeks
- And an upcoming addition: AVAX and HBAR will be added this week!
So, why are we telling you this?
Well, with big platform upgrades comes big maintenance windows. We know this is a pain, but we also know that this is absolutely necessary in order to improve the user experience for all of you and to minimize platform downtime moving forward. The upgrades that are part of this maintenance are designed to help us expand our infrastructure to provide a more responsive, feature-rich user experience moving forward.
What does this mean?
We’ll be undergoing scheduled platform-wide maintenance tonight from 11:30pm until 3:30am ET (approximately 4 hours) to push some of these upgrades through.
What do you need to know?
- This is a platform-wide maintenance window, which means that all platform services will be unavailable from 11:30pm - 3:30am ET.
- You will not be able to log in to your account during this time. Account access will be restored as soon as the scheduled maintenance is complete.
- Limit orders are still expected to execute if your target price is met during the maintenance window, but new limit orders cannot be created, and existing limit orders cannot be edited or cancelled during this time.
