There are two competing fork proposals: BCH ABC and BCHN.
What does this mean for BCH on Newton?
**The timeline for disabling of these features has been accelerated as per our custodian's request– BCH support will now be paused as of 11:50pm ET on Thursday, November 12th.**
On the day of the fork (11/15/20):
- BCH will not be available to buy, sell or trade
- BCH will not be available to be used to fund your account, or to withdraw from your account.
After the fork:
- Of the two variants created from the fork, whichever of the two assets that does not inherit the BCH name will not be carried on Newton.
- BCH support platform-wide will return to normal when the network has stabilized.
