How It Works

Newton’s $100K Referral Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on April 6, 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 6, 2022.

If you are currently a Newton user with an active account, you may participate in the Referral Giveaway by referring your friends to join Newton’s cryptocurrency trading platform. Each time one of your friends uses your referral link, opens a Newton account, and deposits $100 or more during the Referral Giveaway period, they will be entered into the Referral Giveaway draw.

$100K Referral Giveaway Draw & Prizes

A total of ten (10) prizes are available to be won under this Referral Giveaway:

1. Five (5) x $10,000 CAD cash prizes for referrers.
2. Five (5) x $10,000 CAD cash prizes for new users referred to Newton by a referrer that signed up during the Referral Giveaway period.

On May 23, 2022, at approximately 12:30 p.m. ET, Newton will randomly draw five (5) new users from among all eligible referred friends received during the Referral Giveaway period. For each Referral Giveaway draw, the eligible referred friend drawn will win one (1) of the $10,000 CAD cash prizes for new users AND the referrer whose referral link the friend used to sign up for an account with Newton will also win one (1) of the $10,000 CAD cash prize for referrers.

Eligibility

Referrer Eligibility: To be eligible to enter and win as a referrer in the Referral Giveaway, you must:

1. Agree to abide by all of the Referral Giveaway rules linked below.
2. Be a legal resident of Canada. Residents of Quebec are ineligible.
3. Have reached the age of majority in your province/territory of residence at the time of your entrance into the Referral Giveaway.
4. Have an existing and active account in good standing on Newton’s platform as of the Referral Giveaway start period.
5. Meet the additional requirements set out in both the “Making a Referral to Enter” and “Qualified Referrals” sections in the full Referral Giveaway rules linked below.

Friend Eligibility:  To be eligible to enter and win as a Friend in the Referral Giveaway, you must:

1. Agree to abide by all of the Referral Giveaway rules linked below.
2. Be a legal resident of Canada. Residents of Quebec are ineligible.

1. Have reached the age of majority in your province/territory of residence at the time of your entrance into the Referral Giveaway.
2. Not have and have never had an existing account on Newton’s platform as of the Referral Giveaway start date.
3. Meet the additional Referral Giveaway requirements for being a “Qualified Referral” as set out in the “Qualified Referrals” sections in the full Referral Giveaway rules linked below.

How It Works

Newton’s $100K Social Media Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on April 6, 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 6, 2022.‍

You must have an existing account on Newton’s Platform as of the Giveaway Start or be a new Newton platform user whose account was opened after the Giveaway Start and deposit $100 or more before the Social Media Giveaway draw date. During the Social Media Giveaway, you must enter via Twitter or Instagram (see “How to Enter” below). See “Eligibility” below for additional information.

$100K Social Media Draw & Prizes

A total of seven (7) prizes are available to be won under the Social Media Giveaway:

1. Two (2) x $25,000 cash prizes.
2. Five (5) x $10,000 cash prizes.

On May 23, 2022, at approximately 12:30 p.m. ET, Newton will randomly draw seven (7) winners from among all eligible submissions received during the Social Media Giveaway period. 

*Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. Drawn individuals must answer a time-sensitive skill-testing question correctly to be declared as a winner.

How to Enter

There are two ways to enter the Social Media Giveaway: through Twitter and through Instagram.  For each method of entry, you will receive one submission into the Social Media Giveaway draw.  You may enter a maximum of two (2) submissions per Social Media Giveaway participant in the Social Media Giveaway draw if you enter via both Twitter and Instagram.

To enter via Twitter:

1. Follow @newton_crypto on Twitter.
2. Reply to Newton’s Giveaway post in the comments section with #NewtonCrypto.
3. Retweet the Giveaway post.
4. Your Twitter account must be public to be eligible.

To enter via Instagram:

1. Follow @newton_crypto on Instagram.
2. Like Newton’s Social Media Giveaway post.
3. Tag at least one of your Instagram friends in the comments section of the Social Media Giveaway post.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

1. Be a legal resident of Canada. Residents of Quebec are ineligible.
2. Have reached the age of majority in your province/territory of residence at the time of your entrance into the Social Media Giveaway.
3. Have an existing account on Newton’s Platform as of the Giveaway Start or be a Newton platform user whose account was opened after the Giveaway start and deposited at least $100 into such account by the draw date (May 23, 2022), and have such account in good standing at the time of entry and/or at the time any prize is awarded.
4. Meet the additional entry requirements set out in the “How to Enter” section in the full Social Media Giveaway rules linked below.
